“Always Inspiring: YOU” webinar with Matthew Ferrara. Matthew shared some timely thoughts on how to end the year strong. Matthew reminded us that we are in the driver’s seat when it comes to our lives and career and challenged each of us to think about how we show up in our interactions with others. He also invited and walked us through the process of creating ONE word that drives our daily attitude and actions…your unique mantra.  We are thankful to be reminded, too, that by the very nature of our business: We are ready for anything without being ready for everything.  What a freeing and empowering thought.
