– Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell (EWM) Realty, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties, is proud to announce that seasoned real estate professional Chris Basick has been named managing broker of the firm’s Miami Beach office.

Basick, who previously served as managing broker of EWM’s Brickell-Downtown branch, is responsible for overseeing daily operations on Miami Beach including initiatives by the team of Realtors, the implementation of sales and marketing programs and ensuring that sales requirements are met.

“It is an honor to be appointed to this position and I look forward to working with this great team on Miami Beach,” said Basick. “The neighborhood is an evolving hub of activity and EWM’s presence is growing within it, continuously connecting buyers and sellers.”

A longtime South Florida resident, Basick has worked with EWM since 2003. His experience in the industry dates back to 1979, having handled both residential and commercial real estate sales as well as a multitude of luxury transactions.

The self-proclaimed “tech fanatic” was also the owner and broker of his own real estate company, Collective Realty (1989-1993). Basick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Florida.
