CMA: Comparative Market Analysis

In this course, you will learn how to evaluate homes to determine the best possible price to list the home for sale, and the best possible price to offer when purchasing a home. We’ll cover criteria for selecting comparable homes, review tax sites, facts & trends, research ancillary sites, and build your CMA for your listing presentation. We will focus on CLOUD CMA and exporting from the various Boards into the Cloud for perfect printouts.
